Althought I must admit, your customer service agent who helped me work thru my issues with getting into my modules, was a gem of a help! He deserves a raise! he worked with me until everything was working. Great customer service is in short supply today. After Covid, all I want to do is encourage people with “oh my gosh, your smile is amazing and that dumb mask didn’t allow me to see that!” It’s time to point out everything good in people and life as the world is a weird place. So to have great customer service is amazingly to experience. Bless that young man. Keep that employee!
